Talks about issues related to the farms belonging to the heirs of Haj ‘Abd al-Rahim Vakil al-Dawlah, and mentions a settlement which indicates that these properties formerly owned by the late Umm al-Khaqan are now owned by Sardar Mu‘tazad; the properties rented by the late Mu‘in al-Ra‘aya and later Haji Mu‘addil, the attorney of ‘Inayat Allah Khan, had taken the properties from the heirs of the late Mu‘in al-Ra‘aya. The author complains to the addressee for not addressing these issues and asks him for an investigation and to give these properties back to the heir of the late Vakil al-Dawlah.

Correspondence about the death of ‘Ali's wife
Mashhadi Husayn Farrash (from Harsin) writes to Umm al-Khaqan about his sister's son and husband who have been imprisoned by ‘Ala’ al-Dawlah because of a false accusation of murdering the daughter of Muhammad ‘Ali. The writer describes that Muhammad ‘Ali sent his daughter who was deathly ill to her husband ‘Ali's house, and after a while she passed away. Then, Muhammad ‘Ali accused his son-in-law (‘Ali) and his father for murdering his daughter. Deposition of Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya, 1906
‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma gave permission with conditions to Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya about managing the properties of the late Vakil al-Dawlah, which are owned by Umm al-Khaqan. The deposition mentions this permission can be revoked anytime by Farmanfarma. In addition, Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya cannot transfer the ownership of these properties to any foreigners.
